Conveyancing Clerk
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in conveyancing is preferred. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided
- To handle all conveyancing matters and liaise with various related parties
- To handle sub-sales, loan documentation and other conveyancing matter
- Well time management, disciplined in working, independent, hardworking and reliable, document receiving in/out, sorting and filing properly, polite and good communication skills
General Clerk
- Minimum SOM qualification, punctual and have good discipline
- Willing to learn, dedicated, detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-tasking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
