Junior Conveyancing Lawyer (Subsale)
- Able to independently handle of conveyancing matter and legal documentations of sub-sales matter.
- Required to handle conveyancing, banking, loan documentation and corporate matters.
- Corresponding, attending and communication with all parties including clients, bankers, agents, developers, auditors and various government bodies.
- Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files, preparing status report and update work progress/status.
- Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.

Pupil in Chambers
- Interested in the area of CONVEYANCING.
- Provide assistance to partners / associates for work related.
- A good and strong interpersonal & communication skill well as with team.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport
