- Able to handle sub-sale matters, developer projects, loan documentations & all conveyancing related matters
- Able to work independently and able to complete all the tasks in the given timeline with the minimum supervisions
- Possess own transport

Junior Conveyancing Clerk
- Preferably at least 1 year experience in Conveyancing matters especially in handling loan documentation & developer projects
- If no experience willing to learn and a fast learner
- Good interpersonal skill
- Meticulous, diligent and responsible
- Possess own transport

Chambering Student
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent

Interns
- Pursuing Law Degree
