- General clerical duties as instructed by senior staff or lawyers.
- Corresponding, filing, attending and communication with all parties including dispatch, clients, bankers, agents, developers, auditors and various government bodies, etc.
- Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files, preparing status report and update work progress/status.
- Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.
- Able to receive instruction and perform general clerical works in accordance with instruction given.
- Keen to learn and have positive attitude.
- Able to manage files efficiently and effectively.
- Meticulous and able to complete tasks timely.
- Good command of English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin (not of high importance)
