Job Description
- To assist lawyers in handling SPA/ loan documentation
- Familiar with conveyancing procedure, Bank and relevant authorities' requirements.
- To work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willingly to learn and take on new tasks and a good team player.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel.
- At least 2 years and above experiences in sub-sale conveyancing files.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
