Job Description

- Liaise with clients, property developers, bankers, property agents and various government bodies.
- Draft sale and purchase agreement (sub-sales & developer sale), bank loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matter's.
- Conduct due diligence on properties to ensure legal compliance.
- Update file status.
- Resolving legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
- Other tasks to be assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing matters.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Possess positive and cheerful interpersonal skills.

Litigation Lawyer
Job Description

- Candidates responsible to liaise with clients and various government bodies on correspondences, preparing status report and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.
- To handle litigation matters including contentious and non-contentious matters.
- To attend case managements, hearings and trials and preparing and drafting cause papers.
- Always ensure that there is a high-level of confidentiality in the affairs of the Firm.
- Handling clients including providing and preparing legal opinion related to litigation matters.

Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in litigation matters.
- Able to work under minimal supervision and independently under a tight deadline to complete the job assigned.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skill.
- Self-motivated and meticulous with a positive attitude, a committed team player who is responsible and reliable.
- Must be proficient in English, BM & Mandarin.
