- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Familiar with the conveyancing procedures for SPA and Loan
- Able to manage files efficiently and effectively
- Team player and responsible
- Meticulous and able to complete tasks timely
- Good command of English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin (not of high importance)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and above in conveyancing work
- Familiar with corporate/commercial loans (Advantage if familiar with commercial/corporate loan)
