Conveyancing Lawyer
- Candidate must have experience in handling SPA and loan documentation for sub-sale, drafting of agreements and all other general conveyancing matters
- Responsible, meticulous, detail-oriented in work
- Able to handle bank portals including Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB Bank, RHB Bank and etc
- Able to work independently
- Able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files assigned

Chambering Student / Legal Intern
- Law students / Law graduates
- Willing to learn conveyancing & corporate
- Good working attitude, fast learner, multitasking
- Allowance will be provided

Junior Legal Associate (Conveyancing)
- To handle and assist lawyers in preparing legal documentations in conveyancing matters, including sub-sale, developers' project, loan documentations, preparing status reports and other conveyancing related matters
- Able to work independently
- Good Interpersonal skill
- Meticulous , diligent and responsible
- Manage time well and meet deadlines
- Possess initiative and handle multiple tasks at any given time and to complete tasks entrusted within the requisite time frame provided
- Providing administrative support as required
- Able to handle multitasking and work under pressure to meet datelines
