Handle all aspects of conveyancing for development projects and sub-sales cases, prepare sale and purchase agreements, loan documents and other related paperwork, liaise with clients, banks and relevant authorities, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conveyancing
- Experience with both development projects and sub-sale transactions
- Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
