To Handle Banking And LPPSA Debt Recovery Cases Which Covers Both Civil And Foreclosure Matters Together With Execution Proceedings Preparing Opinions And Advising Clients And Attending Matters In Court And The Relevant Land Offices.
2. Conveyancing Legal Assistant
Job Description:
To Handle General Conveyancing Matters Including Preparing And Checking Sale And Purchase Agreements, Loan/Financing Documentation, Attending To Clients, Preparing Reports And Opinions.
The Conveyancing Legal Assistant Will Also Learn To Attend Court For Uncontested Matters And Appear At The Land Offices And Attend Land Enquiries And Auctions.
Qualification For Legal Assistants:
The Necessary Qualifications With Valid Practicing Certificate (If Not A New Practitioner) Where The Applicant Must Most Importantly Have The Right Attitude, Be A Team Player And Want To Learn More Pertaining To All The Work Handled By Our Firm. Experience Is Not Necessary As On The Job Training Will Be Provided And Work Will Be Supervised For Those Who Are Newly Called To The Bar.
3. Clerks
Job Description:
To Assist In The Respective Litigation And Conveyancing Departments
Qualifications:
Minimum STPM Or Diploma In Relevant Field. Qualifications Not Necessary If Candidate Has Working Experience As A Litigation And/or Conveyancing Clerk.
