- Draft sale and purchase agreement and loan agreement
- Handle sub-sale transactions and loan documentation
- Assist all other related conveyancing matters such a discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements, CKHT submissions and etc
- Attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related partners
- Able to work and complete task according to preferred timeline and /or completion date
- Attend, follow up and liase with despatch on daily correspondences, letters and couriers
- Update file/case status to the partners -do other tasks as and when required
