- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and work in a team and able to multitask
- Able to handle sub-sales & loan documentation
- Good knowledge in conveyancing work particularly (sale & purchase and loan)
- Can handle legal documentation including (POT,POC,DOC,DRR) and conveyancing matters
- To liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities
- Possess own transport, willing to travel & attend signing when required
- Good interpersonal and interaction skills
- Must possess own transport
- Willing to learn
- At least one (1) to three (3) years experience
