- To prepare legal documentation ,relating to sub-sales from initial stage until completion or conveyancing (Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documents)
- With basic computer skill (Ms Word/excel/pdf/e-mel) & Whatsapp
- Well time management, disciplined in working, independent, hardworking and reliable, document receiving in/out, sorting and filing properly, polite and good communication skills.
- Training will be provided. As long as you are willing to learn.
