- Minimum LL.B from recognized university
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Able to handle conveyancing procedure for Sale and Purchase Agreement from Developer,
Consumer and Commercial banking, Sub-Sales and all other related conveyancing procedure
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently, self-motivated and result oriented
