We are seeking a detail-orientated and motivated Conveyancing Clerk to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will assist in property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in property law.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to property transfers, leases and mortgages
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders and government offices
- Conducting title searches, drafting contracts and managing settlement processes
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Providing administrative support to solicitors and conveyancers

Requirements
- Previous experience in conveyancing or a legal administrative role (preferred but not essential, training may be provided)
- Strong organizational and time- management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
