Litigation Junior Lawyer
- To work with our litigation team in our litigation departmen
- To assist in legal research, court filings, drafting of cause papers, getting involved in getting-up for hearings and trials, and appearing in court etc
- To assist in preparing litigation documents for whatever matters handled by our law fir
- To maintain and update file status on our operation systems
- To attend case management, court hearings, trials and meetings
- 3 years’ experience in litigation(mainly civil litigation)
- We seek to employ a committed and responsible individual with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as good work ethics
- Proactive and is a good team player
- Able to take instructions from the supervising lawyers and execute them accordingly in a timely manner
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be preferable
- Commencement date: immediately
Chambering Student
- To work with and mainly assist our litigation departments. Will need to assist other departments in the firm, from time to time, as and when it is required
- To assist in legal research, court filings, drafting of cause papers, getting involved in getting-up for hearings and trials, and appearing in court etc.
- To assist in preparing documents for the firm’s respective departments and any other matters
- Graduate from LLB Courses or Bar Vocational Course or CLP or equivalent
- We seek to employ a committed and responsible individual with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as good work ethics
- Good team player and someone who is proactive
- We will offer an extremely competitive remuneration package
- Own transport preferable
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia would be preferable
