Legal Associate (Corporate & Commercial) / Boutique Law Firm / Cross-Border Exposure

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are keen to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting.

Your Role

As a Legal Associate, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that handles a wide range of corporate and commercial matters:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating on M&A deals, and Fund-raising matters and Financing matters;
- Conducting legal due diligence and regulatory compliance reviews;
- Identifying and resolving issues;
- Researching and drafting legal findings ;
- Liaising directly with clients, banks, regulators, and regional stakeholders; and
- Assisting on transactions from start to close, working closely with seniors.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of PQE with relevant corporate experience;
- Strong command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage;
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills;
- A team player who is adaptable, open-minded, and eager to grow; and
- Organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
