- Legal Assistant to attend to conveyancing matters sub-sale, preparing loan documentations, perfection of transfer and charge, and any other related matters
- Minimum 1 year experience in conveyancing, has basic knowledge in dealing with conveyancing job scope on daily basis
- Meticulous, fast learner, can handle files with minimum supervision
- Independent, responsible, positive working attitude, self motivated & good interpersonal skill and a good team player.
