- Possess excellent knowledge of Conveyancing matters
- With strong analytical and drafting skills
- Able to draft spa agreement independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skill and with good discipline
- Follow up with clients and update file status
- Liaise with all relevant parties including clients, other lawyers, banks developers
- 3 to 5 years' experience in Conveyancing matters
- Possess own transport
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
