- Preparing sale and purchase agreement for projects and sub-sales, loan documents and other documents
- Liaising with clients/purchaser and arrange for signing
- Able to handle conveyancing files from opening file, attending signing, well versed in MOT, bank loan system, filling consent, CKHT, etc.
- May work independently with minimum supervision
- Assisting lawyers with signing appointments
- Answering phone calls, attend walk in client’s
- Record incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Other administration work may be assigned from time to time
