- Have valid practicing certificate
- 4-5 years experiences in conveyancing, commercial transaction
- Proficient in drafting conveyancing documents involving sub sale transaction, direct developer project and variety bank documentation
- Detailed oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage file simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of land law, conveyancing practices.
