- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in conveyancing work, including the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements, State Authority applications, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, general agreements and other related conveyancing matters.
- Able to work independently and attend to clients.
- Proficient in written and spoken Malay, English, and Mandarin
