Job Description: -
- Prepare and manage all aspects of conveyancing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail;
- Communicate effectively with clients, bankers, and fellow legal professionals to ensure smooth progress of transactions; &
- Monitor and follow up closely on all active files, attend to client correspondences promptly, and prepare regular status reports.

Qualifications & Requirements: -
- Immediate Availability – Able to commence work immediately;
- Educational Qualification – Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and hold a valid Practicing Certificate;
- Relevant Experience – Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling conveyancing legal documentation;
- Technical Proficiency – Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Personal Attributes – Highly motivated, eager to learn, hardworking, and committed to responsibilities;
- Communication Skills – Strong communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay;
- Organisational Skills – Well-organised with the ability to multitask effectively;
- Work Ethic – Demonstrates good work discipline and a responsible attitude;
- Independence – Able to work independently and diligently with minimal supervision;
- Personality Traits – Outgoing, meticulous, responsible, and performance-driven;
- Professional Appearance – Physically presentable with a professional demeanour.

Benefits: -
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
- Working hours from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday);
