Admin Manager (With Accounting Knowledge)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Supervise support staff, maintain office systems, and coordinate logistics.
- Handle HR-related matters including attendance, leave, payroll, and staff files.
- Maintain accurate accounting records including payments, petty cash, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, expense reports, and monthly financial statements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and government bodies (LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO, etc.).
- Support the Managing Partner in compliance and firm management matters.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal industry standards.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or accounting (preferably in a law firm or professional services environment).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g. SQL, Auto Count, or equivalent).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Chambering Student
- Possess a valid Bachelor Degree in Law with Hons.
- Good communication skills, proficient in Malay and English, written and spoken.
- Willing to learn with good working attitude and disciplined
- Monthly allowance provided
