- Minimum 1- 2 years working experience with minimum Diploma in related field
- Support administration tasks specific to Finance & Account, preferably within legal firm
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software and Google Platforms (Plus point for knowledge in using CoreMatter & Canva)
- Provide administrative support to partners, lawyers and other staff
- Assist with filing and submission of legal documents to courts, government offices, and other institutions
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements for partners & lawyers
- Maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and act as first point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Must have own transportation
