- To assist in handling legal documents in matters of Project, Proclamation of Sale, sub-sales, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, and other conveyancing matters;
- To assist in liaising with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies (if necessary);
- To assist in maintaining/updating file status on various platforms of operating system; and
- To assist on any ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required to do so
