Conveyancing Lawyer:
- 3 to 5 years experience in Conveyancing matters
- Experienced in handling Sale and Purchase (especially sub-sales) documentation and execution of complete process.
- Experienced in bank / financing / loan documentation and execution of
entire process.
- Candidate must be well versed with current basic law and procedure.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Motivated and driven in problem solving.
- Dedicated, independent, meticulous, diligent and high perseverance.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
