- To draft correspondences, pleadings / cause papers and to attend court for hearings
- To conduct research for litigation tasks
- To liaise and communicate with clients
- To attend and to follow up on any brief assigned to the lawyer until the completion of the file
- Able to manage multiple task simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.

Chambering Student
- To assist lawyers and partners with trials, hearings and appeals
- To assist lawyers and partners with drafting pleadings, cause papers and submissions whilst being able to meet tight deadlines adhering to schedules
- To assist lawyers and partners with various tasks and duties.
