Request for Feedback on Issues Relating to Criminal & Civil High Courts | Meeting with the Managing Judges of the Selangor Courts (Criminal and Civil High Courts)

Dear Members of the Selangor Bar,

The Selangor Bar Committee will be meeting the Managing Judges of the Selangor Courts (Criminal and Civil High Courts) to discuss matters relating to legal practices at all Selangor Courts on 17th June 2022.

In order to raise and discuss solutions to problems affecting the legal practice, we request Members to provide feedback on issues relating to Criminal and Civil High Courts. The Selangor Bar Committee will discuss the feedback obtained, and collate the issues to be raised at the said meeting.

The Selangor Bar Committee maintains a policy of privacy and confidentiality of the firms and practitioners raising such practice issues with the courts.
