Dear Members & Pupils of the Selangor Bar,


The Selangor Bar Committee will be meeting with the Pengarah Pendakwaan Negeri Selangor on 22nd September 2026 to discuss matters and issues relating to Criminal Practice.


In preparation for the said meeting, members are invited to submit any issues, difficulties or concerns encountered in the course of Criminal Practice, together with any suggestions or proposed solutions which may assist in addressing such issues.


The feedback received will be collated by the Committee and raised for discussion with the Pengarah Pendakwaan Negeri Selangor, with a view towards identifying practical solutions and improving the administration and conduct of Criminal Practice in Selangor.


The Selangor Bar Committee assures members that all information and feedback received will be treated with strict privacy and confidentiality. The identity of the firms and practitioners raising such issues will be kept confidential.


Members are kindly requested to submit your feedback by email to secretariat@sgorbar.org no later than 15th September 2026.
