Dear Members and Pupils of the Selangor Bar,


The Selangor Bar Committee has received numerous complaints from Members regarding the additional registration fees imposed by the District Land Offices for Applications for Caveator’s consent.


The Selangor Bar Conveyancing Practice Committee (CPC) has raised this issue with Pejabat Tanah & Galian Selangor (“PTGS”) and we will revert with the outcome soonest possible.


In view of the above, we humbly request members facing issues with the PTGS to provide details of your issue and/or feedback with supporting documents to: secretariat@sgorbar.org or shariza@sgorbar.org for us to assist and raise the issues with the PTGS.
