The Selangor Bar Conveyancing Practice Sub-Committee 2024/2025 will be organising a Conveyancing Practice Hi-Tea & Get Together 2024 for all conveyancing practitioners to mingle with the representatives of the relevant government bodies. The details of the event are as follows:


Date		        : 15th November 2024 (Friday)

Time		        : 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm

Venue		: Kites Restaurant, Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort, Shah Alam

Ticket Price	: RM100.00 per pax


The invited representatives are from the following government bodies:


- Land offices in Selangor

- Wilayah Land Office

- Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN)

- Malaysian Department of Insolvency (MDI)

- Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor awam (LPPSA)

- Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)


This event is an opportunity for all conveyancing practitioners to get together and meet in a less formal setting to foster a more cordial working relationship with the relevant government agency involved in Conveyancing practice.
