To Members of the Selangor Bar,



The Selangor Bar Committee will be meeting the Managing Judge and the Director of the Selangor Courts to discuss matters relating to legal practice at all Selangor Civil and Criminal High Courts as well as Subordinate Courts.



Members are invited to submit feedback on any issues, challenges, or difficulties encountered in relation to the High Courts and Subordinate Courts. The committee will collate all feedback received and raise the relevant matters, together with proposed solutions, at the meeting.



The committee wishes to assure members that all feedback will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The identities of the firms and practitioners providing such feedback will not be disclosed, in accordance with the committee’s privacy and confidentiality policy.
