The Selangor Bar Conveyancing Practice Sub-Committee 2025/2026 will be organising an inaugural forum, “The Selangor Conveyancing Practitioners Forum and Hi-Tea 2025” for all conveyancing practitioners to gain insight into conveyancing practice and an opportunity to network with fellow conveyancing practitioners and representatives of the relevant government bodies.


The details of the event are as follows:


Date : 24th November 2025 (Monday)

Time : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Venue : Geno Hotel, Subang Jaya

Ticket Price : RM300.00 per pax (Early Bird)


The invited representatives are from the following government bodies:


•             Selangor Land Offices

•             Wilayah Land Office

•             Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN)

•             Malaysian Department of Insolvency (MDI)

•             Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA)

•             Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)


This event is an opportunity for all conveyancing practitioners to meet, exchange views and ideas, and to foster a more cordial working relationship with fellow members of the Bar and the relevant government agency involved in Conveyancing practice.
