Dear Members of the Selangor Bar,


The Selangor Bar Committee will be meeting the State Prosecution Director (Pengarah Pendakwaan Negeri).


In order to enable the Committee to raise relevant issues and discuss possible solutions affecting Members of the Bar, Members are invited to provide feedback on any issues or challenges encountered in practice. All feedback received will be collated and deliberated upon for discussion at the said meeting.


The Selangor Bar Committee assures Members that all feedback will be treated with strict confidentiality. The identities of the firms and practitioners raising such practice-related issues will not be disclosed, in accordance with the Committee’s policy on privacy and confidentiality.
